After-Sale Service
HILMAR after-sales service starts with machine assembly and commissioning at the customer's site. At this stage, all your employees have received training in different application areas. If there is a problem, you can find the necessary operation and maintenance manual and HILMAR service contact data on the operation panel of the machine. Our remote service can quickly diagnose and solve problems. We have prepared enough spare parts in Wuxi factory.
Customer Training
When assembling and debugging our machine at your site, we will provide your staff with training in all necessary operation fields.
In addition, if more training or training is needed for new employees, we provide the following training modules:
