The acceptance of CNC machine tools is generally divided into two parts

Release time: 2023-02-18

Generally, acceptance is carried out in two stages.

1. Pre-acceptance

The purpose is to check and verify whether the machine tool can meet the user's processing quality and productivity, and check the data and spare parts provided by the supplier. The supplier can carry out pre-acceptance only after the machine tool passes the normal operation test cutting and passes the inspection to produce qualified machined parts.

2. Final acceptance

According to the acceptance criteria, measure the technical indicators provided on the certificate of conformity, and the acceptance work is divided into the following steps:

(1) Unpacking inspection;

(2) Visual inspection;

(3) Acceptance of machine tool performance and NC function;

(4) Acceptance of accuracy of CNC machine tools (including position accuracy and working accuracy).

When accepting the geometric accuracy of the machine tool, it is not allowed to adjust one test item after the fine adjustment of the machine tool. The position accuracy inspection shall be carried out according to the corresponding accuracy acceptance standards. The working accuracy of the machine tool is a comprehensive accuracy, which not only reflects the geometric accuracy and position accuracy of the machine tool, but also includes the errors caused by various factors such as the material of the test piece, environmental temperature, tool performance and cutting conditions.

When accepting CNC machine tools, it is very beneficial to strengthen the inspection of the above aspects for equipment management and reduce losses.
