The HMC-100 horizontal machining center is manufactured using high-grade Meehanite cast iron and a box-type structural design. It undergoes appropriate annealing to eliminate internal stress, resulting in a tough material. Combined with the box-type structure, the machine boasts sufficient rigidity and strength, exhibiting high heavy-cutting capacity and high repeatability accuracy, without generating any overturning moment throughout the operation.

+ The guide rails and ball screws of the entire machine adopt a pressurized centralized timed quantitative lubrication system, which uses advanced pressurized metering components in the oil circuit to control oil volume. It can adjust the oil supply cycle and amount for each lubrication point and achieve fully automatic centralized lubrication through electrical system control. + Casting processing utilizes high-precision five-sided gantry machining, enabling milling, drilling, tapping, etc., on five sides with a single clamping, thereby reducing clamping errors and improving machining accuracy.
+ The machine tool adopts a high-precision spindle assembly from Taiwan, with a speed of up to 6000rpm; it is also equipped with a spindle air curtain device to ensure stable spindle accuracy and extend its lifespan. The rotary worktable can be configured in two forms: 1°×360° or 0.001°.
