Structural Performance Characteristics:
Adopts a moving column structure, with strong overall rigidity and superior performance, beneficial for heavy and high-speed cutting; The X-axis uses a three-guide rail, a Hilmar patented structure; The overall weight and stress are analyzed using finite element analysis, this structure is considered optimal.
The chip conveyor is placed at the rear, reducing the footprint and effectively integrating the water tank and chip conveyor; The solenoid valves and lubrication unit are centrally located and managed, facilitating maintenance.
Horizontal Turret:
Based on the characteristics of the vertical lathe and the product itself, a horizontal turret is recommended (vertical tool magazine optional). The horizontal turret features high rigidity, selectable number of tool positions, convenient tool clamping, and easy maintenance. Number of tool positions: 8 positions (12 positions optional).
Spindle Unit:
Hilmar spindle unit, independently developed based on the characteristics of vertical lathes, features high rigidity, high speed, and high performance. The heat dissipation effect effectively reduces heat accumulation; A reduction ratio of 2.2 improves torque while ensuring smoother transmission; Spindle model: A2-8 (A2-11 optional), spindle outer diameter 260mm, bearing inner diameter 130mm.
