HMC-125 Horizontal Machining Centers are all manufactured using high-grade Meehanite cast iron and a box-type structural design. After proper annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress, the material is tough. Coupled with the box-type structural design, the machine possesses sufficient rigidity and strength. The entire machine demonstrates heavy cutting capability and high repeatability accuracy, without generating any overturning moment throughout the entire process.

+The machine's guide rails and screws all adopt a pressurized centralized timed and quantitative lubrication system. Advanced pressurized metering devices are used in the oil circuit to control the oil volume; the oil supply cycle and oil supply volume of each lubrication point can be adjusted, and fully automatic centralized lubrication is achieved through electrical system control. +Casting processing uses high-precision five-sided gantry machining. Milling, drilling, and tapping of five sides can be completed with only one clamping, reducing clamping errors and improving machining accuracy.
+The machine tool uses a high-precision spindle assembly from Taiwan, with a speed of up to 6000 rpm; it also has a spindle air curtain device to ensure spindle accuracy and stability, and increase its lifespan.
+The entire machine uses imported heavy-duty high-precision roller guide rails, which can withstand heavy cutting loads and have good stability; the Z-axis, as the cutting axis, is equipped with 65 roller heavy-duty guide rails to ensure processing stability and meet the needs of different processing conditions.
+The X/Z axes use φ63 ground C3 grade high-precision, high-thrust screws, matched with imported angular contact bearings, supported on both sides and pre-tensioned to ensure transmission accuracy.
