The machine body is made of high-density, high-rigidity castings, subjected to high-temperature annealing and aging treatment. The bed and saddle are reinforced with mountain-shaped ribs, ensuring the shortest force flow lines and optimal machine body rigidity. The spindle head has an appropriate contact length ratio with the column, providing stable support for the spindle. The heat of the spindle head is within a reasonable range, reducing spindle thermal elongation and ensuring machining accuracy; it uses imported grinding-grade pre-tensioned double-nut ball screws to eliminate backlash. The entire machine adopts a PLC-controlled pressure-relief electric oil pump, providing uniform forced lubrication to all guide surfaces, ensuring accuracy and longevity.
