Suitable for large molds and parts machining. High-quality Meehanite castings, the structure is analyzed by finite element analysis to achieve optimal stability. X, Y, and Z axes all use precision-grade large-diameter ball screws, and are appropriately pre-stressed, and the tail end uses a pre-pull design. High-precision, ultra-heavy-duty linear guides are used to ensure high-precision and high-load machining requirements. The main components of the machine tool are made of high-strength resin sand pot molding and high-strength high-quality cast iron, which can withstand heavy cutting and maintain accuracy and stability for a long time. A fixed-beam frame structure is adopted to maintain good rigidity and accuracy for a long time, with large torque and good dynamic characteristics. Z-axis movement uses a hydraulic cylinder with counterweight balance to ensure stable and smooth movement; a pressure accumulator provides faster hydraulic oil replenishment for the hydraulic cylinder. The extra-wide door design and extra-long stroke design are suitable for the processing needs of large workpieces.
